We are based in Thousand Oaks and work across the valley daily. The Ventura / Los Angeles county line runs straight through this service area, and it decides which building department issues your permit and which inspector comes out. We work on both sides of it — and we confirm which side you are on before quoting anything permitted, because plenty of people guess wrong about their own street.
