Residential Plumbing Service & Repair
Designer and custom-home work is the visible half of the business. This is the other half, and it is the reason most people call the first time. A dripping angle stop, a toilet that will not stop running, water pressure that has quietly dropped over two years — the same standard of workmanship applies whether the fixture cost four hundred dollars or four thousand.

What we repair
Most service calls are diagnosis before they are repair. Finding the actual cause takes longer than swapping the part, and it is the part that determines whether you call us again about the same thing next year.

Water pressure and PRVs
A pressure regulator is a wear part, and a lot of Conejo Valley homes are running on originals. When one fails it usually fails high, which is quiet and expensive: it shortens the life of every valve, cartridge, supply line and water heater in the house at once. If your fixtures are failing faster than they should, pressure is the first thing worth checking.
How we price it
You get the number before the work starts, not after. We diagnose, explain what we found, lay out the options where there is more than one, and you approve the scope. No work happens on a surprise.

Residential Plumbing we have done

Under-sink filtration
A filter cartridge plumbed under a kitchen sink on PEX. Filtration is worth more in this area than most people expect — hard water is what shortens the life of cartridges, mixing valves and water heaters across the valley.

Instant hot water tank
An instant hot tank under a kitchen sink. It needs its own supply and a receptacle inside the cabinet, and it is a good deal easier to add during a remodel than to retrofit afterwards.

Under-sink install, kitchen
Instant hot water tank, disposal and waste arm in a new kitchen. The tape along the cabinet edge is not for show — protecting finished cabinetry before the tools come out is the difference between a clean job and a callback.

Exterior hose bib and shutoff
A hose bib with its own shutoff. Small thing, but an isolated bib means an outdoor leak or a winter freeze does not mean shutting off water to the house.
Common questions
Residential Plumbing, answered
Do you charge for estimates?
For straightforward replacement work quoted from a site visit, no. For diagnostic work — a hidden leak, a recurring drain problem, a pressure fault — there is a diagnostic charge, because finding the cause is the actual work. We tell you the number before we start either way.
How fast can you get here?
It depends on the day and where you are in the valley. We are based in Thousand Oaks and cover the Conejo Valley daily, so same-week is normal and same-day happens often. Call and we will tell you honestly rather than promise a window we cannot hold.
Do you work weekends?
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. We take after-hours and weekend work by arrangement, generally for existing customers and genuine emergencies.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, on both parts and labor. The specific term depends on the work and on the manufacturer's coverage for the parts involved, and it is stated on your invoice rather than left vague.
