My 1970s Simi Valley house has low pressure everywhere. Repipe or repair?
If pressure has fallen across every fixture rather than at one, and the home is on original galvanized supply, the piping itself has narrowed internally and no single repair will restore it. That is a repipe. If it dropped suddenly rather than gradually, check the pressure regulator first — that is a much cheaper afternoon.
Do you cover Bridle Path and horse properties?
Yes. Water service to barns, arenas, wash racks and outbuildings is normal work for us. The main thing to plan for is line length: a run sized only for the fixture at the end will disappoint on flow, so it has to be sized for pressure drop across the whole distance.
How far into Simi Valley do you go?
