Luxury & Designer Fixture Plumbing
Setting a $4,000 faucet is not the same job as setting a $150 one. The fixture is unforgiving, the surfaces around it are already finished, and there is no version of the work where a scratched slab or a cracked escutcheon is acceptable. This is the part of the trade Mayan Flo is built around: careful fixture work in homes that are already beautiful.

Fixtures we install and service
Premium fixtures ship with tighter tolerances, more parts and far less margin for improvisation than builder-grade equivalents. We read the rough-in sheet before the wall closes, not after.
- Designer, widespread and wall-mounted faucets
- Electronic toilets, bidet seats and washlet systems
- Custom showers: thermostatic valves, rain heads, hand showers, body sprays
- Freestanding and deck-mounted tub fillers
- Designer sinks, linear drains and decorative drains
- Pot fillers, prep and bar faucets, filtration faucets
- Specialty fixture rough-in and finish installation
Brands we work with regularly
We keep parts knowledge and the right specialty tools for the lines that show up most often in Conejo Valley custom homes. Where a manufacturer requires a specific cartridge puller, torque spec or valve depth, we follow it — warranty claims get denied over exactly those details.
- TOTO — including NEOREST and WASHLET systems
- California Faucets
- Waterstone
- Newport Brass
- GRAFF
- Phylrich
Working in a finished house
Most of this work happens in homes people are living in, next to stone counters, custom cabinetry and finished floors. Surfaces get covered before tools come out, the work area gets contained, and everything gets cleaned before we leave. It is the least glamorous part of the job and the part clients remember.

Luxury Plumbing we have done

Stone vessel basin, wall-mounted brass
A wall-mounted widespread over a carved stone vessel. Spout height, projection and handle spacing all get fixed at rough-in, long before the stone arrives — once the wall is closed and the top is set, there is no adjustment left.

Brushed brass gooseneck, fluted tile
Finish plumbing against fluted tile. The escutcheon has to land on a flat run of tile rather than a flute, which is a setting-out conversation with the tile installer before either trade starts.

Deck-mount tub filler
A deck-mounted filler with a hand shower on a stone tub deck. The valve body and the riser have to be positioned before the deck is fabricated, so the holes and the handles line up with the tub rather than approximately near it.

Carved marble vessel, corner set
A one-off carved marble basin set into a corner vanity. Specialty basins rarely match a standard drain location, so the waste arm and trap were set to the stone rather than the other way round.
Common questions
Luxury Plumbing, answered
Will you install a fixture I bought myself?
Yes, and it is common on designer projects. We will look at the model and the existing rough-in first — some premium fixtures need a specific valve body, carrier or wall depth that has to be settled before the wall is opened. Owner-supplied fixtures carry the manufacturer's warranty rather than ours, and we warranty our installation labor either way.
Do you work with interior designers and general contractors?
Regularly. On custom-home and remodel work we coordinate directly with the builder and designer on rough-in dimensions, valve heights, finish schedules and fixture lead times, and we flag spec conflicts early rather than at trim-out.
Are you an authorized dealer for these brands?
No. We are experienced installing and servicing these lines, but we do not claim authorized-dealer or factory-certified status. If a repair needs to go through a manufacturer's authorized channel to protect your warranty, we will tell you that rather than work around it.
Can you match an existing finish?
Often, yes. Unlacquered brass, satin brass, weathered copper and bronze finishes all age, so a new fixture will rarely match an older one exactly on day one. We will tell you honestly what will and will not blend, and where a designer may want to change out a whole set instead.
